Forum's hallmark monthly luncheon events follow a similar pattern
to the much revered NYC Wings Club. In recent years, speakers such
as Phil Condit, Lord Marshall, Bob Crandall, Sir Richard Branson,
Steve Udur-Hazy, Peter Sutch, Gordon Bethune, John Leahy Pete Conrad
and Joe Sutter have needed little introduction. The Forum has also
re-established smaller focus group gatherings. On a regular basis
specialists in Operations, Finance, Marketing, Logistics and Infrastructure
have an opportunity to meet.
In addition
the Forum has actively supported the development of the Hong Kong
Aviation Development Council, established in 2000, as it reviews
Hong Kong and the region's aviation training needs. Launch support
for the Asian Business Aircraft Association was provided and links
are maintained as well as with the Hong Kong Historical Aircraft
Association and the Royal Aeronautical Society.
